Harrison Pick Ltd, formerly trading as Ian Pick Associates Ltd, is a planning consultancy practice based in East Yorkshire, with a history originating in the rural and agricultural sectors.
Over the years, our practice has evolved and expanded, embracing a diverse workload that increasingly includes industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Operating throughout the entirety of England, Scotland, and Wales, we bring our expertise and high success rate to every corner of the UK.
Harrison Pick Ltd comprises two dedicated partners:
Ian Pick
Ian holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. As a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), he is qualified in the Rural Practice Division of the Institution.
With 25 years of invaluable experience in rural planning, Ian has contributed his expertise to various organisations, including MAFF, ADAS, Acorus, Ian Pick Associates Ltd, and now, Harrison Pick Ltd.
Sam Harrison
Sam is a Chartered Planner and a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI). With a primary focus on agricultural and rural planning consultancy, Sam has accumulated 12 years of experience, having served with Ian Pick Associates Ltd and currently with Harrison Pick Ltd.
